No Mess, Summer Cookie Recipe

Enjoy summer family treats using my No Flour, Chocolate
Peanut Butter recipe using HERSHEY’S KISSES Milk Chocolates. Another family
friendly recipe from Dad Cooking Blogger, CookLikeADad.

Summer Treats

As a father of two teenage daughters, I have a tough time
saying "no" to my girls when it comes to eating sweets and snacks in between
meals. Now that my girls are home for summer, I have to do a better job on
keeping a healthy balance.

One of my favorite types of snacks is making homemade
cookies. I am not a candy guy, cake guy or even a cupcake guy; there is
something about taking a fresh batch of cookies out of the oven and eating them
with an ice cold glass of milk. This is where my balance leans towards my
passion in the kitchen.

For those Dads and Moms who can relate to my passion for
cookies, let me give you a "low mess" easy to make chocolate and peanut butter
cookie using HERSHEY’S KISSES Milk Chocolates. The fresh
milk I drink with my cookies is the same fresh milk that Hershey uses when
making their HERSHEY’S KISSES Milk Chocolates. Take a look at Hershey’s "Our Story
of Milk" video to learn about one of the simple ingredients they use in milk
chocolate, Click Here.

No Flour, Chocolate Peanut

Cooking Steps:

Preheat oven 350 Degrees F* Take large mixing bowl and mix
all ingredients together, well. Mix the HERSHEY’S KISSES into the cookie dough
last. Then take un-greased cookie sheet and roll out, 6-8 golf-ball sized
cookie dough and place on the sheet. The bake time will be 10-12 minutes or
when the sides of the cookies are brown. You will note that this recipe has no
flour, so these cookies are going to be dense and take less time to bake. When
done, allow cookies to cool for about 5 minutes. Then last but not least enjoy
the yummy goodness!
